Meet the Team
GREENERVEST has been co-founded by Nilesh Tejura (CEO) and Saikat Samanta (COO).
Nilesh Tejura is a Civil Engineering Graduate (B.E. Civil – 1st Class with Hons.) from V.J.T.I. Mumbai. He has over 12 years of experience in the Solar Photovoltaics Industry. He was the Founder CEO of the Solar Division of M/s. Patel Engineering Limited for a period of nine years from May 2010 to April 2019. He was instrumental in winning numerous orders and Tenders for the EPC of Solar Photovoltaic Power Plants from 150 kWp to 40 MWp.
Saikat Samanta is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate (B.E. Mechanical) from Manipal Institute of Technology and has done Post Graduation in Marine Engineering. He was the COO of the Indian arm of the leading Spanish IPP “ Groupo Solaer”. He has executed some of the earliest Solar PV Projects in India, both rooftop and ground mounted, ranging from 150 kWp to 10 MWp. Saikat was also instrumental in introducing waterless robotic cleaning technology in India, in association with Eccopia Scientific, a prominent and successful Israeli Startup.
Arun Pradesh A law graduate from the reputed K.L.E Group of Institutions during the year, 2002 in Bangalore University, Karnataka. He commenced and excelled in his practice from the distinguished firms such as M/s. Anup .S Shah Law Firm & M/s. Poovayya & Co. He also led the said firms in branch of Dispute Resolution, Litigation & Arbitration and conducted various cases before the District Courts, Commercial Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court, Tribunals, Commissions etc. He served various prominent Clients such as Salarpuria Group, Purvankara Group, Distribution Logistics & Infrastructure Private Limited, Institute of Technology & Management, Vinir Engineering Private Limited amongst others.
